I need to send my exchange parcel, what's next?

Please write to us at info@jehan.ca for any exchanges and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Any items that need to be exchanged/returned must:

• Be returned in original packaging and condition
• Include the receipt

Please note returns and exchanges are only offered for Canadian customers at the moment.
